Excellent Insight on Health

Time continues to prove that Dr.Walker is right. His teachings contradict everything you would have imagined, but they are true and work amazingly.I am a Holistic Nutrtionist, Colon Hydrotherapist, Natural Chef and Businessman, Dr.Walker has been my greatest inspiration. I am just not healthy, I enjoy Vibrant Health. Read Dr.Walker's books, he never intended to become a millionaire writing them, his humility is even greater than his work; he never sold any product just GOOD HEALTH.

very helpful book like all Dr n Walker's books they are all interesting. I would advise reading "Fresh vegetable and fruit juices" first then this book makes more sense.

Another Norman Walker Gem

This man was way ahead of his time. Even to this day his message is ahead of its time. This is another one of Normans great books. There are detailed and delicious recipes outlined in the book, all sorts of great information regarding the mineral content, vitamins, enzymes etc in fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds, & he makes it a very fun & enlightening read. (Like all his books)
I would recommend this book to anybody that wants to learn more about using raw foods as medicine & for personal health & well being. It is a great book for the novice & the hierophant - You will learn a lot from this mans books.
I collect his books because of how good they are. I also highly recommend his books ~
